2. Collection and storage of personal data, as well as the type and purpose of their use

When you access our website
www.enloc.dе,
the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in what is known as a log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

- the disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO and
- this is legally permissible and necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the performance of contractual relationships with you
4. Cookies and Analysis Tools
Cookies, tracking measures, and other analysis tools are not used on our website.
5. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
- In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request information about the personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the source of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
- In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or the completion of incomplete personal data stored with us without undue delay;
- In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored with us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you object to their erasure, and we no longer need the data, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or if you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
- In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request the transfer of these data to another controller;
- In accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent given to us at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing that was based on this consent for the future, and
- In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you may contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, your place of work, or the registered office of our company.
6. Right to object
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data, insofar as there are grounds arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without the need for a specific situation to be stated.

7. Data security
We use the widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) during visits to our website, combined with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this involves 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we instead use 128-bit v3 technology. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or padlock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
Furthermore, we employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties.
